Potency assay software

Relative potency and 4PL/5PL assay analysis software.

Import plate-reader data, map samples and dilution series, fit dose-response models, calculate relative potency, evaluate configurable suitability criteria, and export the result as a traceable report.

One connected analysis

Keep every reported value tied to its inputs and settings.

The result includes the plate map, calculated concentrations, excluded wells, suitability criteria, software version, display settings, and report—not just the fitted curve.

01

Import plate-reader data from CSV or Excel

Choose the relevant worksheet, detect the 96-well measurement region, and retain a SHA-256 fingerprint that identifies the source data file.

02

Map samples, replicates, and dilution series

Name reference and test samples, assign every included well, and keep the plate position connected to its scientific role.

03

Fit linear, 4PL, or 5PL response models

Select a restricted or unrestricted fit, weighting, and constraints, and record the software version used.

04

Calculate EC50 and relative potency

Derive concentrations from the configured dilution series and report midpoint estimates and reference-relative potency with their units.

05

Evaluate configurable system-suitability criteria

Apply method-specific fit, replicate, potency, and parallelism rules and show the observed value behind every pass or fail.

06

Document exclusions and save the analysis settings

Require a scientific reason for excluded values and export the plate map, model and suitability settings, and report formatting as a reusable JSON configuration.

07

Export a formatted, review-ready report

Generate fitted curves, parameter tables, suitability outcomes, exclusions, analyst details, and fingerprints for the source data file and analysis configuration directly from the analysis results.

Reproducible worked example

Inspect the input, expected result, and exact report.

The documented example dataset uses a restricted 4PL fit and recovers 80.0% relative potency. Load the same plate in the workspace and inspect its fitted parameters, system-suitability results, source data file fingerprint, and analysis configuration fingerprint in the generated report.
