Potency assay software

Model-specific relative-potency assay software.

Import plate-reader CSV data, map samples and dilution series, run one of three exact supplier-verified relative-potency models, evaluate model-specific adequacy and configurable suitability criteria, and export the retained result as a report.

One connected analysis

Keep every reported value tied to its inputs and settings.

The result includes the plate map, calculated concentrations, excluded wells, suitability criteria, software version, display settings, and report—not just the fitted curve.

01

Import plate-reader data from CSV

Detect or select the measurement region and retain the server-computed SHA-256 identity of the source bytes.

02

Map samples, replicates, and dilution series

Name reference and test samples, assign every included well, and keep the plate position connected to its scientific role.

03

Run the selected relative-potency model

Select one exact supported model during method development and record its fixed calculation contract and producing platform release.

04

Calculate model-specific relative potency

Apply the selected model’s locked estimand and uncertainty convention and report the result with its units.

05

Evaluate model-specific adequacy and suitability

Retain the fixed scientific adequacy result and apply the configured method-suitability rules without switching models or calculations.

06

Document exclusions and retain the recipe

Require a scientific reason for excluded values and keep the exact mappings, settings, criteria, and report choices with the completed analysis.

07

Export a formatted, review-ready report

Generate fitted curves, parameter tables, suitability outcomes, exclusions, analyst details, and fingerprints for the source data file and analysis configuration directly from the analysis results.

Reproducible worked example

Inspect the input and documented expected result.

The documented example dataset uses a common-shape 4PL fit and recovers 80.0% relative potency. Load the same plate in the workspace and inspect its fitted parameters, adequacy and suitability results, source data file fingerprint, and analysis configuration fingerprint in the generated report.
